We are physician owned and offer full Primary Care services. We also offer Specialist Care for Cardiology, Endocrinology and Pulmonology related issues.

Physical Exams, Eye Exams, Vaccinations, Rapid PCR Covid Testing, Drug Testing, Workplace Injuries Treatment. We also work with Schools for similar services.
Tele-Health
Safe, fast online consultations available with local AV Doctors. Backed by Summit Urgent Care for additional services as needed. We’re here when you need us.
Covid-19
Summit implemented a number of safety protocols to keep our staff and patients as safe as possible. These include: testing staff and screening patients, special air purification systems, strict cleaning procedures, social distancing and N95 masking.

Talk about friendly and efficient. We were seen within five minutes. An x-ray was taken to be sure of the situation. My wife was given a injection of antibiotics to be sure that her condition improved as quickly as possible. We were blown away when we received a phone call the following day from the clinic to see how she was doing. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that is in need of medical attention.

About Us
Summit Urgent care was founded in 2012 by four AV area physicians with a mission to meet the needs of the community for a the high quality, cost effective and convenient Urgent Care.
Since its founding, Summit has served thousands of patients and is now expanding its services by offering full service Primary Care, as well as Tele-Health online consultations, and most recently by providing fast, molecular Covid-19 testing.
The founding Doctors have specialties in Primary Care, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Pulmonology, which enables us to offer a wide range of specialty services beyond immediate needs such as: Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, COPD, Emphysema, Obesity and many others. We also work closely with employers and their staff to create health and wellness regimens.
